Project AssistantDuties: Managing and distributing information, answering phones, responding to emails, taking memos, maintaining files, contact management, sending and receiving correspondence, meeting management, domestic and international travel arrangement, general editing of documents, document printing (in-house and through professional services).

Experience in:

  • Coordinating complex schedules
  • Bookkeeping
  • Microsoft Office and Outlook programs
  • Desktop publishing software, Adobe products
  • Video editing software, Adobe products
  • SQL and basic database development and design
  • Geospatial database management and Esri GIS
  • Press releases and social media
  • Editing/writing

You must be comfortable with engaging in meetings with Catholic laity, priests and other religious people. Flexibility and mental agility are required.

Additional interest in planning, development, community building, architecture, cartography, sciences, ecological design, or similar fields is not required, but favorable.

Proficient communication skills in English are required. Additional language abilities in Spanish, Chinese, Italian, French, or Portuguese are favorable.
